All staff were welcoming and approachable. Put me ease.

The communication methods on correspondence is poor. Telephone numbers were often discontinued or not answered.

Major issues with cleanliness on the ward, difficult at times to get a drink and sometime you are forgotten but people/staff were kind and polite.
Suggested improvements
Cleaned urine off the toilet floor quicker. Had juice available but overall everyone was caring.

A lot of time was wasted, I felt I had to argue for medication and for doctors to listen, also same of the staff was not attentive and did not seem interested.

Communication, use time constructively, staff need to be more patient and respectful.
